Windows 10: Windows 10 - Computer/Windows completely freezes/blacks out on a regular basis; no error...

Hello,For some time now months..., my computer has had very annoying freezes of which I cannot find the origin/cause.Here are the symptoms:Business as usual, then, the computer will completely freeze and nothing responds. There's mainly three different kinds of freeze:- The screen freeze, the audio with it for a few seconds, and stays like this ad vitam aeternam. Absolutely nothing responds. Only option is to manually shutdown the system with the physical power button. Usually happens while gaming, not even on recent very resource-demanding games, e.g. CSGO, BF4, GTA V. Wireless Display feature freezes on a regular basis

I suppose it would be considered Miracast. It's the system menu accessed either from the Display Settings page, "Connect to a Wireless Display" or by using the shortcut keys Win+K.

Freezing is the only way to really describe it as that feature becomes completely unresponsive.

Unfortunately these PCs are used in a critical environment which doesn't leave the time for troubleshooting while the issue is present, I must get the machines running again ASAP.

It's been happening on a regular basis and frustrating my users. Machines are kept up-to-date with Windows updates and drivers.
