Windows 10 laptop computer which is on WiFi won't completely open my bank website regardless of browser although Windows 7, 8.1 desktops, Android and IOS will open the same website. The bank website partially loads and keeps trying to load therefore not letting me sign in. I disabled Windows Defender but it didn't make a difference. I'm going to see if a neighbor has Windows 10 on WiFi and is on the same internet provider to check if they can access the site. I've also filed a support ticket with my ISP but haven't heard back Flushing DNS didn't help either. Also, there are only essential pro

Can't view a copy of a cancelled check online banking site using the edge browser.

I cleared browsing history, caches and cookies. No luck. The online bank site opens a blank screen, but no access to the needed pdf.

I then went back to Edge settings at the right top corner. Opened settings . Clicked on "open with Internet Explorer". Signed in at the online bank site . Clicked on " view check". A second window opened and I could view the check.

 

Banking website: IE11 is "not recommended?"

See if Compatibility View is telling the site that you're using an older version of IE.

From IE> Tools (or Alt + t)> Compatibility View Settings, verify that the site is not in the list, that "Use Microsoft compatibility lists" is unchecked and that "Display Intranet Sites in Compatibility View" is unchecked.
