    As stated my internet connection keeps dropping, I don't know what's happening. I upgraded my internet, i check my other devices, every thing works fine. but on this laptop amd ryzen 5 3500u window 10 my connection keeps dropping. It is especially noticeable when streaming videos or playing video games.note that my device has a clean install. all program installed are restricted in the backgroundalready checked several times. only windows 10 "things" runs in the background because you removed that optionthat's by the way great idea windowsnow I'm just stuck with **** connectivity and i can

    Internet Connection Keeps Dropping


    Hello, are you always connected to the same router - or are you skipping to others? Suggest disabling these settings:

    Also check your channel is not congested, and signal strength is adequate. There are freeware tools which can show you this information.

    You might have to change band (frequency) - and in one scenario where someone was renting a place it was suggested the owner was restricting Wifi bandwidth...!

    I'm sure others more experienced in these issues will comment.

    Internet Connection Keeps Dropping


    I appreciate that this is a common Internet topic but I simply can't find a solution. Before upgrading from Windows 7 to 10 I ran the check which advised that my system is compatible and then updated it. Everything ran fine for about a day, but since then my Wifi Internet connection keeps dropping after 10 to 20 minutes of running. The Wifi connection still shows as connected during the majority of the drops, but access is not there. After a random period of time Internet access will resume again only to drop off after around 10 minutes.

    I have gone through every device in Device Manager and checked that I have the latest drivers installed. I have also turned off the options for devices to disconnect when not in use under the Power Saving options. At my wits end here so any advice would be appreciated.
