For a year the only way I could get a reliable connection to my router was if I connected to my guest network via WiFi or via Ethernet. Well, we moved and I am no longer right beside the router with my new office. Short of it is this. I connect to the main network, and at most I’m on for an hour before the computer disconnects and all available networks disappear.I am not doing a reset, that is a waste of time and energy. I know it isn’t my router I isolated that through calling tech support. Additionally other devices connect and stay connected to the same network forever! So it must be my Wi

• If you have an identical laptop try comparing the wifi and security settings of the one that does not disconnect with the one that does. If you find any differences change the settings of the one that does not work to the one that does.

Can´t connect to my Wifi network

Hi everyone,

I can´t connect to my Wifi from my desktop with Window 10. I had an ethernet cable before and it worked perfectly but now I can´t connect my computer to the router through the cable anymore.

For some reason it detects my wifi network but when i try to connect it says i cant connect.

I followed a few tutorials online of how to fix it and still didn´t work.

any help please???
