Windows 10: Windows 10 Constant Blue Screen System_Service_Exception

I have a pretty decent PC with a nice graphics card that should have no problems running windows 10. However, my computer keeps crashing and bringing up the blue screen with the error message "System_Service_Exception". After some research, I have determined it to be a graphics related problem, but my card is installed totally fine, and I have uninstalled, and re updated my drivers multiple times. I have no third party softwares on the computer, and running malware scans show no sorts of bugs or viruses.


*I have noticed a few patterns*: Previously, the computer would crash and blue screen after being idle for maybe 2-3 minutes such as while watching a Youtube video. Lately, every time I turn the computer on, I cannot even boot up windows. The computer is on but my monitor will enter power saving mode meaning there is no feed of video going to the monitor so it is going to sleep; yes I have tried different HDMI cords and a different monitor as well. After that happens, I unplug the power and hard reset the computer, but doing that will also blue screen on startup. Then the third time I restart the computer, the computer boots into windows normally, it is very odd. Then, say I turn off the computer after using it fine for a few hours, then come back and turn it on again the next day, I will have to restart my process of turning the computer on and off a few times until it boots up regularly.


So, yes that is my current state. I have no idea what to do at this point, as I have tried everything including uninstalling programs, updating drivers, and making sure there are no extra USB's plugged in that could cause this. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I just want to use the computer, but I really can't!

your reference as below:

• Have you made any changes on your computer prior to this issue? -> No. i have not made any change on my PC prior this issue.

• Aside from getting the dump file, did you perform any troubleshooting steps? -> i tried update all driver to news version, check all hardware , uninstall some hardware and software unnecessary. tried clean register with CCleaner software.
  But all my PC still happen Blue screen errors sometime

errors." -> I will try again with clean boot.

After i tried all methods as you suggest, the blue screen errors happen when i use Microsoft Edge.
