    Windows 10 constant BSOD when return from sleep.

    atikmpag.sys BSOD on return from sleep

    Ever since the Sept 15th update I've been experiencing a Video TDR Failure (atikmpage.sys) BSOD failure on return from sleep mode. Before the upgrade system was working and returning from sleep very promptly and without errors. Assuming the problem was
    Windows 10, I've been waiting for a fix; but to no avail as yet.

    Taking the mater into my own hands, I've checked with AMD and verified I have the latest drivers for my video card and ran an extended RAM test (no errors).

    Is this a Windows 10 issue, a hardware issue on my machine or both. Any comments or suggestions??

    System File Checker (SFC) tool, but is still getting a stop code. To further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest that you create a new User Profile and check if the issue persists.

    To create a user profile, follow these steps:

    • Go to Settings. Click Accounts.
    • Select Family & other people.
    • Select the Add someone else to this PC tab.
    • Name the user as Test.
    • Leave the password field blank.
    • Hit Next.
    • Sign in as Test user.

    First Problem: about 80% of the time, my laptop won't wake up from sleep mode via keyboard press or mouse move/click. I seem to be missing many common features in power plan too, even after fresh Windows 10 install.
    Troubleshooting Steps:

    1. Reinstalled Windows 10 (clean)
    2. Updated all drivers
    3. Replicated on multiple Windows 10 versions, updates
    4. BIOS latest version
    5. No USB devices attached, ever. Only USB-C power and bluetooth mouse
    6. Disabled "fast startup" in control panel

    Second Problem:constantly crashing, blue screen of death.
