  1. Windows 10 Constant BSOD

    Hello,

For the past several days, I've been getting constant blue screens of death. I've been trying all sorts of things to find the problem, but I haven't had any luck. My minidump files have mostly been cleared, unfortunately as a result of CCleaner and System Restore, so I only have the latest file to upload. I've also run Driver Verifier, which found an issue with a Logitech driver, which I already uninstalled and doesn't seem to have fixed the issue I understand now that Driver Verifier usually finds odd issues that normally wouldn't lead to a BSOD. I've also logged the temps for my CPU/GPU, since the BSOD usually happens in the middle of a game, but it seems that they are running fine when I get the BSOD, so at least it doesn't seem to be that. Hereis a link to my minidump file.

    Please help!

    :)

KernelBase.dll is broken constant BSOD's constant game crashing.

    Hi Darry,

User Profile corruption is one of the possible reasons why you are experiencing constant BSOD's on your computer. You mentioned that you ran the
System File Checker (SFC) tool, but is still getting a stop code. To further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest that you create a new User Profile and check if the issue persists.

To create a user profile, follow these steps:

    • Go to Settings. Click Accounts.
    • Select Family & other people.
    • Select the Add someone else to this PC tab.
    • Name the user as Test.
    • Leave the password field blank.
    • Hit Next.
    • Sign in as Test user.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
