  1. Windows 10 Constant BSODs after installing new MoBo and CPU

I bought an ASUS Rog Strix X570-E gaming, and a Ryzen 9 5900x, after installing, every time I start the systemLike, If I reboot, I will not get a BSOD, but if I shut down the computer, and start it in the morning, I get it I will get a BSOD, the most constant one is error CACHE_MANAGER ntoskrnl.exe 3f72a0, but I got others, I thought it was the MoBo and returned it and got a new one, but the BSOD still happens, so I can scratch the MoBo. While I was waiting for the mobo to arrive, I moved back to my previous setup and had no such issuesI ran the DISM command which said that it restored stuff

  2. Changing my MOBO and CPU a

I'm doing PC upgrades and changes entirely for my new mini-itx build.

I'm not sure about how the process would work, but what are the appropriate steps I need to undertake before making my changes?

    • My personal data and files are backed up to my Onedrive, and have nothing to lose in terms of data.
    • I have an additional copy of Windows 10 (but would prefer not to use it in-case I do another PC build).
    • My MOBO and CPU upgrades are polar opposites of my current hardware:
      • OLD HARDWARE
        • Intel i5 6500
        • AsRock Killer MOBO
      • New Hardware
        • AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
        • Asus Strix X-470
This is my first time doing a particular change so guiding steps would be greatly appreciated! Things like how to wipe my hard-drive and reinstall Windows, etc.

You will have to buy windows license if you change the motherboard, unless you made the computer originally in the first place, or bought a license key.

Windows 10 Constant BSODs after installing new MoBo and CPU

Installing Windows 10 on New PC?

I'm going to be building a new PC on Christmas and want to install Windows 10 on it. I have Windows 10 on my current PC, which I installed upgrading from 8.1 with the files on a USB. How do I go about installing a clean copy of Windows 10 on this new PC? I think I recall something about installing it once makes Microsoft recognize your hardware, but since this will be a PC I'm not sure what steps I need to take. Do I need to go 8.1 -> 10 or is there a method of going directly to 10?
