Windows 10: windows 10/constant feezing fixed-a mystery

windows 10 version 20h2.this is not a question .its a fix .asus x540la been freezing the last 2 weeks. i surf around go to the kitchen for 5 or 10 minutes come back it froze nothing moves nothing responds. shut down turn on i'm good for another hour maybe.tryed almost every tip and trick on websites except scf/scannow or reinstall .nothing fixed it.so i ordered 4gb ram to raise it to 8gb. took computer apart diconnected battery ,hard drive ,disc drive ,and battery.when i turned over circut board to my surprise was only one slot for memory.i thought the origanal 4gb was soldered in and it had an extra slot for the aditional 4gb. a little dissapointed. also at this time i cleaned the filty fan blades.maybe the rpm was affected from the crud. so i reassembled computer.got done at 6:30 pm.pluged it back in and its been running perfect all night no freezing.it's now 4:00 am as i'm writing this. what could doing this procedure provide the fix.mystery to me. any thoughts would be interesting.i'll check back .i'm curious. back to the ram.i ordered a 8gb stick tonight.tomorow its off to ups to return the 4gb stick back to amazon.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
