    So today I replugged my thermal. and removed dust from the CPU and when I reinstated the parts and tried to get back too launching the start screen it just goes ok for 1min but the pc is slow and laggy and then the sad face logo keeps coming something wrong with my computer. I can't do anything I've tried fixes but it dosnt work it just keeps coming with restart automatically can do nothing that is the problem need help.

    I recently upgraded my Lumia 540 to windows 10 and after I did that it said there was another upgraded and I had to restart my device so I restarted it and as it came on I saw to gears spinning and then a sad face appeared and my device went off and I
    kept on restarting and the sad face still appeared I tried hard reset soft reset the both didn't work

    Hi All,

    My lumia 1020 which I brought in 2013 Jan at the beginning of 2014 my phone does not working. Recently I starts showing sad face. I tried hard reset up, down, power and down button, it begins to hard reset but in the half walk it starts to show again sad
    face. Kindly help me to resolve this ASAP. I need to replace this phone. Please suggest some way ASAP.
