Windows 10: Windows 10 constant scroll to the right

I have a desktop with Windows 10 Home 1809 installed and is constantly scrolls to the right. This causes an auto scroll down appearance in most windows, such as the programs menu, setting (when is more than one screen of content) but it can be distinguished as a right scroll when The Edge window is reduced in size from right to left. Also the date on the login screen scrolls in a loop from bottom to top.


I have loaded all Windows updates, driver update, bios update, done a windows reset and finally a complete repartion, format and a fresh install of windows with a a just produced usb install media.


The problem is present with or without a keyboard and mouse install. I have also swapped out the key board and mouse independently with other known good devices. I have delete the mouse and keyboard device and rebooted allowing rediscovery.


Nothing works, I can’t get the scrolling to stop.

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

I suggest you to check if the following steps helps to resolve the issue.

• Right click on the Windows key and Go to control panel.
• On the upper right corner change the view by to small icon.
• Click on mouse.
• Then click on ‘wheel’ tab.
• Set the values for horizontal and vertical scrolling.
