    Windows 10 Corruption and Frozen Reinstall


    I have been trying to reinstall windows 10 for two days now to no avail. I have recently replaced my CPU in my computer and everything was able to boot up fine and there was not file loss or issues. A week later, my computer wont stop restarting or crashing whichever way you look at it and Windows kept saying that it did not boot up correctly, and when I tried to do a restore and reinstall windows 10, it took about 15 hard resets of my PC to get it to start the download. When the download started it worked fine until it was stuck at 64%, it would get anywhere from 66% to 97% and then reset s
