Windows 10: Windows 10 crashes at boot and enters auto repair loop

Windows 10 after downloading Wondershare Dr fone froze in the part of installation of adding system registry so I forced shutdown and then It got stuck in a automatic repair loop after crashing at boot Details: dell4gb ram Intel i3 old Note: I tried all methods system restore not working automatic repair not working , enter safe mode not working. I am a advanced troubleshooter

Stuck in auto repair loop

If the screen is stuck for a long time on auto repair, I suggest you to restart the computer using power button and check. If the issue still persist, I suggest you to check if you are able to boot the computer into Safe Mode environment and check.

To use a Safe Boot option, follow these steps:

• 
  Restart your computer and start pressing the F8 key on your keyboard. On a computer that is configured for booting to multiple operating systems, you can press the F8 key when the Boot Menu appears.
  
• 
  Select an option to “Safe mode with networking” using the arrow keys on the keyboard when the Windows Advanced Options menu
  appears, and then press ENTER.

Windows 10 Auto Repair Loop

Help:

My PC started into an "Auto Repair loop" where I can't get it to stop or allow me to even get to a position for safe mode. I upgraded to Window 10 making the ISO Disk suggested and recorded my product key for potential future use. When I boot from the disk,
the product key doesn't work... an error code saying it's not the correct code. Being computer illiterate, how do I fix the problem, or get the system to boot to actually do repairs. It was working great then boom, it rebooted itself and now for the past
48 hours I've been trying to read what the community says to do but can't seem to get it to repair itself enough to even reload Windows 10.

PS: Any suggestions will be deeply appreciated. I in a rural area and computer tech's are not available.
