Windows 10: Windows 10 crashes everytime. HDD files, Flashdrive ISO files

I'm going to try and keep this short and simple I'll have a screen photo in the bottom:


I have a new CPU and a new Motherboard. I can access BIOS and everything else thats built into the motherboard with no problem. However, I can't get Windows 10 to boot up from my 1tb HDD. I get an error code: 0x0000225 which from what I read means there's a software problem. When I click any option my computer shows the Windows start screen, then after a second the screen turns into 3 columns of short white and blue lines and the computer becomes unresponsive. At this same time my keyboard and mouse power down lights turn off. I figured it was my Windows 10 files got corrupted so I used the Media Creation Tool to setup a sandisk flashdrive. But once again I boot into the flashdrive and the entire computer becomes unresponsive with the columned lines. Please help me, I'm tired of digging through BIOS to see if I can find the problem.


Motherboard: Gigabyte B365M DS3H

CPU: Ninth-Gen I5 6-core 3.7ghz

RAM: 12gb three 4gb sticks DDR4 2133hz

PSU: 600W EVGA

HDD1: 1tb WD Windows 10 Installed

HDD2: 250gb Older broken Windows 10, set to not boot, used as extra storage

wont boot into ISO file?

hm I used nero and put the iso on there like anything else
ill try your suggestions with the .nrg file I no longer have the .iso (threw away)

how the heck do you boot into an iso file?

did you burn this iso to a cd? or does this iso reside on your hdd. because if its on your hard drive, its not going to work. if you have nero or roxio, just burn the disk image to a cd. don't drag the iso file into the create data disk window, you actually have to select burn disk image.

 

Finding .IMG or .ISO file in Windows 8.1 Pro download

Hey guys,

In preparation for my new PC I downloaded Windows 8.1 Pro from Dreamspark, and I wanted to burn it to a DVD, so I can install it on the new PC.
However, in the downloaded files I can't find a .IMG or .ISO file anywhere. I understood that the .IMG file is the one you need to burn to the DVD?

Any suggestions?
