Windows 10: Windows 10 crashes repeatedly, Stop Code: DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

I've been having problems with my computer getting the BSOD "Your computer has ran into a problem and needs to restart, We're just collecting info then we'll restart for you"

I've already ran verifier and obtained and uploaded the minidump zip folder to OneDrive. Hoping someone can help me out here because it's getting really annoying being on the computer for an hour, sometimes several then it crashes to the blue screen. My computer is running Windows 10 on a Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 motherboard. CPU is AMD FX8350 with 16gb of RAM. Also using an MSI R9 390 graphics card and a wifi card. hope someone can help me! BSOD DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

For the last 10 days or so I have been repeatedly getting a BSOD with the message

Stop code: DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

What failed: NETIO.SYS

I have been doing my best to try and track down the cause and fix it but nothing I have found in my searching has worked. I ran the driver verifier but it didn't tell me what driver was the problem, only that that "DRIVER VERIFIER DETECTED VIOLATION."
