Windows 10: Windows 10 crashes when entering sleep mode

Hello,


A week ago I (finally) updated my laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Soon I realized my laptop kept running when I closed the screen.


Yesterday I tried the shortcut to get it in sleep mode and saw the blue crash screen pop-up when it enters sleep mode. It gives the blue crash screen, and then restarts the laptop. The error code which shows up on the bottom right of the blue screen is "bugcode NDIS driver".


I have an Acer Aspire V3-571, and used the Windows 10 upgrade program from Windows to update to Win 10.


I already tried changing driver version of the Intel Management Engine but had no luck so far. Hopefully the community can help me!

Windows 10 wont stay in sleep mode

yes, it was already off.

its waking up one hour after it sleeps for about 2 minutes, then sleeping again. How the eff can i track what it does in that time if nothing shows in powerCFG or the event log?
