Windows 10: Windows 10 crashing regularly due to a bugcheck, any options to review my dmp file?

My computer is crashing due to a bugcheck error. Not sure what to do about this and not sure what my options are.


Here's the exact error:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000119 0x0000000000009000, 0x0000000000000000, 0xffffffffffffffff, 0x0000000000000000. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: b8fb0b4a-cb8c-4b31-b959-c563528d6461.

Windows 10 Crashes regularly due to a bugcheck

Hello !

My windows reguraly crashes with a bluescreen.

I thought that it was a hard-disk problem, so i bought a new one. This didn't solved the problem.

In windows logs I get this :

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000ef (0xffff80808b4e0640, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: a7686ab6-921b-48b8-92b6-ee5815ec79c9.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Random Crash due to Bugcheck

Is this issue happening only when you're trying to play on your Nintendo DS emulator?

When your computer crashes with a Blue Screen Of Death (or BSOD) the events leading up to the crash are held in memory until you restart your computer, when they are written to a file (called a DMP file). If your computer cannot boot normally,
you can get the files by booting into safe mode
(often F8).

In addition, we suggest that you check and follow the troubleshooting steps in hardware and Windows.
