Windows 10: Windows 10 crashing regularly due to a bugcheck

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 0xffffe30d36d93010, 0xfffff8032dc3cc20, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004. A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Hello !

My windows reguraly crashes with a bluescreen.

I thought that it was a hard-disk problem, so i bought a new one. This didn't solved the problem.

In windows logs I get this :

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000ef (0xffff80808b4e0640, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: a7686ab6-921b-48b8-92b6-ee5815ec79c9.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000ef (0xffffba065f441640, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 9dba4d23-3ce1-4f05-a469-eb49f2310c3e.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000ef (0xffffda08329ce640, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 9f396a8f-f082-4ed6-841c-11ce33583285.

However, please let us know:

• Do you receive a Blue Screen when the computer crash?
  
• When exactly does the computer crash?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  

If you are receiving a Blue screen error then, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
Troubleshoot blue screen errors.



I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to
C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.
