Windows 10: Windows 10 crashing/ shutting off computer either on boot or in a few minutes after boot

My windows 10 was working fine but then it would just show a white screen then a green screen then proceeds to shut down and restart. The hp logo and loading swirl would show up then freeze indefinitely. 90% of the time windows freezes at startup and even when I get in and attempt to either restore or initiate repair it will freeze and restart again. Anyone have this issue or know anything about fixing it? Any help would be appreciated. The exact same thing happened to me about 2 months ago and I had to reinstall windows. At this point I’m not sure if this is a hardware issue or something wrong with windows 10...

Computer shuts down few minutes after startup.

This started a few days ago and initially I pulled out two sticks of RAM when initially it would boot up and not bring up any signal on the monitor. Now it boots up but when I start a game or plug in my external drive it shuts down after only a few minutes.
The computer stays on when I use it for movie watching. Any ideas?

 

Computer refuses to boot

All of a sudden after opening up my computer to remove one of my ram sticks to check the timings on it after replacing it and powering on from a cold start my computer will not boot and does not show any picture on the screen, it starts up with all of the fans going but then it shuts off after 10-15 seconds, what troubleshooting steps should i take???

Computer shuts off after a few minutes

So beginning October 1st my windows 10 decided to auto update and the next day my computer shuts off after a few minutes of use. So I turn it back on and it only lasts maybe a minute. So I turn it on a 3rd time and this time shuts off after 20ish seconds.
So thinking this was a windows 10 problem I do a system recovery and that did not work, I even tried the last 4 restore points with no luck. So I moved onto reinstalling windows 10 and clearing my hard drive, and it still was shutting down on its own after
a few minutes. Thinking its a windows 10 problem I reinstall windows 7 and it lasted about 10 minutes then less and less each time as before. So at that point I figured it was a hard ware issue. So 1 by 1 I replaced parts. The ones I've replaced and tried
are new power supply, new graphics card, new motherboard and 2 new ram sticks. All with no luck at all! It still shuts down on its own after a few minutes and less every time I reboot it back up! So my question is what can it possibly be that making it shut
down?! I've run out of options!
