Windows 10: Windows 10 critical process error

HiI installed some new RAM and used bitdriverupdater. I know i the ram ive installed isnt going to work as its performance ram and HP has said its too fast for my system so ive went back to my old RAM. After i used the bitdriverupdater to check my drivers and it did about 6 updates. One was on the ssd and another was the graphics software from radeon that i know doesnt work anymore, i just didnt notice it until i got the update. It gives the error of you need to factory resest your laptop. After all this i did a restart and went into critical process error loops that i cant get out of or

Critical Process Died on windows 10 setup

Ive just opened event viewer as you suggested but I cant seem to find any error that says "critical process died"



I have attached a screenshot of the event viewer. I have scrolled to the bottom to where it first booted up.

Ive downloaded the software you sent the link for but I'm not sure how to use it as nothing shows up when I load it.

• Boot your computer and continuously press ESC key on your keyboard until you reach the
  Startup menu.
  
• From the Startup menu, press F2 (or whatever the designated key is) for
  System Diagnostics.
• Use arrow keys to navigate and choose Hard Drive Check.
• Choose Extensive Check.

Allow it to finish then boot your computer as normal.
