Windows 10: Windows 10 "CRITICAL_SERVICE_ERROR" Loop and data mined after disabling driver signature

I've had this problem for 3 days, seriously affecting my work. The computer keep giving me "CRITICAL_SERVICE_ERROR" BSOD, along side with some common ones, "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL", "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL", you name it.

Attempt 1: "SFC /scannow /offbootdir=C:\ /offwindir=C:\Windows\" in troubleshooting command prompt by booting into installation CD
Result: No luck, it gave me BSOD before finish, tried three times, same results.

Attempt 2: "DISM" in troubleshooting command prompt by booting into installation CD
Result: Same as SFC. (I don't think both is crashing the PC but something else)

Attempt 3: Auto-repair by CD
Result: Auto-restart, nothing seems to be resolved, not even gave me an option to pick, how to fix the PC.

Attempt 4: Auto-repair by CD 2nd try -> Rollback
Result: It gave me the option to rollback, but after it's done it restarted and nothing happened, usually when it failed it notice the user that it hasn't changed anything but this time simply BSOD.

Attempt 5: Booting by F8 and "Disable driver signature enforcement"
Result: Booted bit slower than normal, but managed to get into the System after couple common BSOD.

Note: Also I got into F8 option menu because of this:

A required device is not connected or cannot be accessed: 0xc000000f

Data mined:
1. Event viewer
Couple error messages showed up:

The osrss service failed to start due to the following error:
The system cannot find the path specified.

To resolve this issue, let's use the command prompt to disable driver signature enforcement permanently on your computer. To disable, follow the steps below:

• Click the Start button.
• On the search bar, type Command Prompt and then right-click
  Command Prompt in the results.
• Select Run as Administrator, and then select Yes.
• On the command prompt, enter bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks on and press
  Enter.
• Restart your computer.

Note: Doing this step will disable driver signature enforcement permanently and will make your computer vulnerable to driver issues.

Hey Dj Urko, I am trying to install the realtek driver and I get the error 0x0001. I have disabled secure boot and Driver signature. I have the latest win 10 build. What am I doing wrong? Can u post the complete list of steps that I have to take? I have an asus z170 with alc1150.

How to disable driver signature enforcement permenently.

Driver Signature Enforcement is one of the security features that we make to make sure that only signed drivers can load on your system. Take note that disabling driver signature enforcement will install drivers that weren’t officially signed. To disable
driver signature enforcement permanently, you can follow the steps below:

• Open an elevated Command Prompt. To do this, press the Windows
  key, type Command Prompt, press right click on the
  Command Prompt and select Run
  as administrator.
• Type or paste the following:
  
  bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks on
  
• Restart your computer.

If you want to enable the driver signature enforcement, just follow the steps above and type or paste the following:

bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks off
