Windows 10: Windows 10, custom pc, USB random loss on board, random restart, power blink

My computer randomly will restart like the power is lost to the machine and a few seconds later I am back at the login screen. Other times I will lose all power from Motherboard usbs but may(may) get them back by plugging into the case usb instead. other times it just freezes and then will eventually restart. I have rebuilt it, performed graphics stability tests, upgraded RAM. All the codes on board say AA which is fine. Temps are good from what I have researched. I see tons of people having the same issues online but it has been near impossible to narrow down it seems. I have almost built a brand new computer. Not sure what to do from here. my build:

6 core i7 3.5mhz processor

1000 watt platinum p2 evga power supply

corsair h100i cooler

3x Corsair RGB fans

2 Cougar red led fans

cougar orange and black open case(just rebuilt into this case)

intel ssd and western digital hdd for storage

usbx1 logitech 1080p webcam

usbx1 logitech gaming mouse

usbx1 and ext into usb corsair headset stand rgb with rgb headset through usb on stand

usbx1 corsair rgb mousepad

usbx2 razer rgb keyboard

2x 27" samsung curved monitors (1x hdmi, 1x displayport)

1x 24" samsung curved monitor (displayport)


I try to use many streaming programs, though I don't know that they are the cause, it often seems like the issues happen more frequently during their use. Streamlabs OBS, Discord, any game in 1080p, Twitch.

Hardware failure or system instability can cause the computer to
randomly restarts. As our initial troubleshooting step, we suggest you to run the Power troubleshooter on your computer and check if it fixes the issue. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows key.
• Type Troubleshoot.
• Under Find and fix other problems look for
  Power.
• Then Run the troubleshooter.

Random restarts

when you start the computer up press F8 repeatedly until you get a list of how to start windows, choose do not automatically restart on system failure. if your getting bsod's list what your getting here so we can further help you. IF the system is not getting bsod's and still restarting as you say then i would look into getting a line conditioner for your computer as you might be having power issues.
