Windows 10: Windows 10 "Cuts" App leaves a noticeable 1 pixel bar at the top when doing screenshots

Hi! I've been noticing this thing for the past few months when doing screenshots using the "Cuts" program, it's actually the menu bar where you select the type of screenshot, but it leaves 1 pixel on the screen when retracted, and sometimes I do screenshots while playing games in some beautiful scenarios and there's a black/green 1 pixel height at the top that is sometimes annoying.I don't know if there's a solution to hide that menu completely without leaving any 1 pixel bar behind, or maybe this question was already asked but, trust me, I tried to search for this like 15 minutes but there's

That whole screenshot is a low resolution image, it is not just the creation date that is pixelated, all text on that screenshot is pixelated, and not an indication of forgery, I have examined the screenshot in detail and the Creation Date has not been edited

Click your Start Button, then just type snip and form the resulting list, open Snip and Sketch

Take a screenshot with that utility, and save it as a jpg image

Then check if that screenshot is any clearer than your original screenshot, if it is, send that on to your professor . . .

 

problem with apps open in window 10 when task bar is at top

Most users will leave their Task bar at bottom in Window 10.

But some user like to put it at top. But most apps does not aware of that and keep putting the top at 0 and are covered by this task bar. What kind of workarounds there will be to move the apps below this top task bar?

1. keyboard shortcut to move the apps to other position ( the title bar of the apps is always not visible)

2. command or utility to auto put all apps /windows below the top task bar

Please see attached Image & the Top Bar I am referring to starts with : Apps. Google. CLink human services etc.

I currently have the westnet Link I want to place in their permanently in my Download List a but further to the right of that Bar line.

I think I am using Google Chrome Browser.
