  1. Windows 10 Dark Color Scheme - can't read the Uninstall or change a program area

I would like to start by saying I like the Windows 10 Dark color scheme. It's easy on the eyes. However I seem to have come across an area in which there isn't enough contrast between the dark gray background and the black color of the font. It's the Uninstall or Change a Program section of Control Panel.

Anyone have a fix for this apart from going back to the Light color scheme?

    :)

Window background color - I don't appear to be able to do this on windows 10 as the change color scheme bit isn't there.

Original Title - Window background color

On my previous computer I was able to change the background color of all widows to one which made it easier for me to read (I'm dyslexic.)

I did this by going to control room> Appearance and personalization> personalization> change the color scheme> advanced appearance> then select windoe from the drop down list.

A long way through but it worked!

This meant that it didn't matter what I was doing, the area for typing was the same color. This included all the explorer windows for looking at programs and in a lot of programs as well (most importantly word and internet)

I don't appear to be able to do this on windows 10 as the change color scheme bit isn't there.

Does anyone know a way to do it or will I have to wear tinted glasses all the time? Windows 10 Dark Color Scheme - can't read the Uninstall or change a program area :(
