Windows 10: Windows 10 Defender Problem

Hello, i wanted to scan my device for virus so i opened windows defender then it tells me The Threat services has stopped restart it and when i press restart it nothing happen and when i open run and services.msc then when i turn on windows defender antivirus service

it turns off again please help.

To troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you check the Windows Defender service if it's running. If you are using a third party spyware/malware program, it may disable the Windows Defender service. To do this, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + R key.
• Type services.msc.
• Right-click Windows Defender service and click
  Start.
