Windows 10: Windows 10 desktop and taskbar is glitched

It started with me accidentally extracting 4000 files to my desktop. It started glitching out and I when I tried clicking the white "is not responding" layer appeared on the screen. I restarted and the same thing happened. I couldn't open any apps or do anything really, and my desktop icons were gone. I tried shutting the file explorer off and making it a new process however it didnt work. When I finally managed to delete said extracted files I could only delete like 70% of them, what remained were undeleteable .class files. My computer works fine if I boot using another disk. What do I do?

Hello Microsoft. I'm trying to help you by give some feedback about this new OS. I don't know if I'm doing this right, it's my first time posting here, but whatever.

Here's a glitch in Windows 10 that i found today, even though I don't know how to reproduce again:

It's back to normal after I closed some windows.

Any suggestions?

Windows 10 Taskbar/Desktop Glitch

This usually happens if the user account is corrupted.

In this situation, I suggest you to create a new user account and check if you still face the issue. To create it perform the steps mentioned below.

• Press Windows key + R key, Run window opens.
• Type control in the open box and clickOk.
• Control Panel windows opens.
• Click on User accounts and Family Safety.
• Click on User Account and then click on
  Manage Accounts.
• Now click on Add a new user and follow the instructions.

Now check if the issue persists in the new user account.

Taskbar glitching windows 10

My taskbar is glitching out on windows 10. I cannot click on anything on the taskbar and the time, apps open e.g are not there and i have to use alt tab to switch between programs. The only icons on the task bar is the switch desktops, main windows icon,
search icon and notification icon.
