Windows 10: Windows 10 Desktop: Extraneous Icons

I work as a support tech in an corporate enterprise environment with over 500 end users. We are using Dell desktop and laptop computers running a corporate-developed build of Microsoft Windows 10 Professional. We also utilize O365 apps and OneDrive to sync users files and data so that they can access these files no matter where in the corporate campus they may sit and no matter which corporate computer they logon to.Some of my tech support teammates and I have noticed that duplicate icons are appearing on our own primary-use computers for Microsoft Teams that contain the name of a computer app

Windows 10 desktop icons not in order

In ccleaner, did you uncheck cleaning the icon cache... have not used in a while; however, I think that is what the option is called.

Now, if you are setting the icons and they move after you have set the settings and not changed them... you may have the "Random Windows 10 Icon movement problem".
Some people have this and some don't.

Remove Linux Desktop Icons

I am not sure whether this will work (Ubuntu does not have icons like that on the desktop by default), but I suggest opening the trash bin and sweeping the icons into the window showing the trash bin.
