Windows 10: Windows 10 desktop is unavailable - black background

Sorry for my english (I am from Slovakia)

A week ago my PC works fine. When I returned today after few days (during them it was off) and turned it on, a message came up and start flashing: Hi...


Because I have some problem with viruses weeks ago (but fixed all of them) and my Win 10 never ever during all those years show me this info...eventhough I know that there is Don´t turn off your PC. I panicked a little, because for me it does not look like normal update proces and I restart the PC. After that I am able to log on but I only get black background, flashing bottom bar, error message and that is all.. I can not really do anything. Screenshots:







So yea, I realized it was normal update process which I interrupted, but what if I lost electricity during the update process. Then my win update crash the whole system? What should I do now? I am desperate because I have to work on a dissertation and I have found no instructions how to fix it. Hundreds of people have this problem, but their system at least works, my do not

Desktop background gone black after a few minutes of use on laptop.

Desktop background and taskbar going black could be due to software conflicts.

We would like to know some information to better assist you with your concern:

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• Did you get any error messages or error codes?

In the meantime, we suggest that you try to check if the "Show Windows Background" option is turned on. Follow the steps below:

• Open Settings in the Start menu.
• Go to Ease of Access, then on the left side, click
  Other options.
• Turn on Show Windows Background and check if it works.

• Press Windows Logo Key + I. Then click on Personalization.
• Click on Background to change it.
