Windows 10: Windows 10 desktop keep flashing on and off every second

Hi, I have this issue where my desktop turn black and then normal in an instant. It's working fine when opening but after a few seconds it start doing that. I updated the drivers and can't see anyyhing that may cause this. Please help.

After installing windows 10, desktop has no icons and flashes

Desktop Disappeared After Windows 10 Update

After upgrading to windows 10, my desktop completely disappeared, sometimes it will flash for a micro second. The Desktop folder is still in my folder list and I can access it that way but prefer to have access to my desktop. I saw the other thread where
it suggested a clean boot, but this did not work. Any other suggestions?

I suggest you to uninstall drivers with the exclamation mark in Device Manager and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• Right click on Start button and click on Device Manager.
• Locate the malfunctioning device or device with the exclamation mark in the list of devices, right click on that device, and then click
  Uninstall.
• Restart the computer.
• Right-click your computer name in Device Manager and click Scan for hardware changes.
  Device manager scans your system and automatically reinstalls your device.
