Windows 10: Windows 10 Desktop Randomly Freezes

Hi All, I have recently purchased my first desktop computer from BestBuy. It was "open-box" meaning it was bought retail and returned but found to be in excellent condition with no issues. I set up everything as normal. Windows 10 was already installed so all I had to do was enter my name, choose the privacy settings, and then it booted up just fine. After installing my usual programs Chrome, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Steam, and Discord everything was working fine for a few days until I noticed an issue where the computer would freeze. I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin

• Are there any third party applications that are currently installed?
