Windows 10: Windows 10 - different system config for different users

Hi all,Is it possible to have different system configurations for different users on one machine please? For example, in System Configuration, I can stop particular services, such as Dropbox, NordVPN, Oculus VR service etc. However, these are stopped for all users. I want to be able to log in as one user, have access to all my graphics apps but have another user that only has access to gaming apps. At the moment, I have to manually stop certain apps to free up memory when gaming.I can't find anything online that shows how to do it, so it may be impossible, but wanted to check if someone di

Login different users to windows in different languages

Different desktop for different users

Hi Michael

Different Desktops as well as all of the other personal folders has always been the default setup in Windows.

These are automatically set up when a new User Account is created.
