Windows 10: Windows 10 digital activation issues new build

I originally had windows 7 purchased from amazon a long time ago, I upgraded my pc to windows 10 and have used it it for years issue free.Now I have built a new PC and can not activate my digital license on my new pc, here's what I have done.verified on my old PC by going to settings and activation that its activated with a digital license tied to my Hotmail account.got my windows product key checked the license code is retail by using slmgr -dlideactivated the key by using slmgr.vbs /upkinstalled windows on new build logged into my hotmail account tied to the digital license on the new build

Activating digital license on new PC Build

I purchased Win10 from new egg during my last build. However when I go to Settings/Activation it says... "Windows 10 is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft Account."

use the key you need for the build and run those lines in cmd to activate
