Windows 10: WINDOWS 10 DIGITAL ACTIVATION

Due to some problem my laptop formatted where upgraded WINDOWS 10 HOME installed with digital activation. But now mistakenly it was curently installed WINDOWS 10 EDUCATION and now it is not activated. how I activate my device with WINDOWS 10 HOME with digital activation. My activation account is with *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Please help me.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
