Windows 10: Windows 10 ding noise problem

Hello!
I'm having this issue where the moment I load up a game and every keystroke makes this DING noise. I know I can just mute the sound, but i want to know whats the cause of this.

Windows 10 upgrade problem, no input accepted

I really hate having to come here and ask for help, but I really am stumped. It hurts my geek pride. I have a PC with fairly modern hardware in it. It has a p8p67 pro in it. I have tried upgrading windows 10 on it twice now. Both times I have had the same result.

After windows finishes upgrading it goes to the log in/set up screen. I can't do anything. No keyboard or mouse input is accepted.

I will list some, or hopefully all, of the troubleshooting steps I have tried:

• Move keyboard and mouse to different USB ports.
• Try different keyboard or mouse.
• Restart computer, repeatedly.
• Google for related issues.
• Update Bios, because why not.
• Create boot media and revert to windows 7.

The windows 10 system restore boot media works fine with keyboard and mouse. All USB ports work in windows 7. I don't know what is wrong. I suspect that windows 10 is lacking a driver of some sort, but since the computer accepts no input I have no way of checking for which driver let alone installing it.

Please help me figure this out. If I have to revert back to windows 7 again, I am not going to get it upgraded to windows 10. Thank you in advanced.

My windows phone it’s a Samsung Focus , the problem is Dinging without any reason, It will do “ding”, “ding” pause “ding”, “ding” pause
“Ding”, “Ding” and on and on and on and on and on for hours (it’s not funny guys), very, very annoying, what is wrong with it. I did turn all the settings off for any messaging or alerts and reset it and it will not
stop, I'm getting ready to throw the darn thing as far I can throw it, at the time when I bought this Windows Phone,
I had the choice of buying an IPhone, but I did not, I regret it so much now. Everybody likes iPhones, I see now why, things like this are not happening
with the IPhone, now I have to deal with this problematic phone and maybe the problematic
Microsoft operating system, where I could have being doing
a million other things, If I don’t find a solution very soon
I'm considering getting an IPhone, at least I will have a piece of mind, Please some body help me, now I have the phone on just Vibrate, but is using a lot of power, so I’m tired of it, please help
