Windows 10: Windows 10, Directx 12. Directx Init FAILED while cacheall

Hola! No se que sucede con mi computadora, pero cada vez que quiero iniciar un juego aparece este error y no inicia o el juego si inicia pero no se muestra la imagen solo se ve la pantalla azul, ya busque un montón de soluciones pero nada me sirvió.

Cada vez que voy a dxdiag todo parece andar perfecto pero después directx no puede iniciarse.

Si alguien podría brindarme alguna ayuda se lo agradecería mucho.

I suggest you to check the DirectX Version installed on your system.

Follow the below steps to check the DirectX Version:

• Press Windows key + R from the Desktop.
• Type dxdiag and hit Enter.
• Check the DirectX Version.

Step 2:

I suggest you to update the Graphic driver from the Device Manager and check if it works.

Follow the below steps:

• Press Windows + R on the Keyboard.
• Type in devmgmt.msc and hit Enter.
• Select Graphic driver from the list.
• Right click on the Graphic driver and click on Update driver Software.

If the issue persists then install the latest graphic driver from the manufacturer and check if it helps.

Upgraded to Windows 10 but no directx 12?

Windows 10 comes with DirectX 12, however, its functionality always depends on the hardware, That is, the Graphics driver must be able to support DirectX 12.

I suggest you to run the DirectX end-user Runtime installer and check if it helps from the link below.

Coming to downgrading DirectX, DirectX upgrades are a one way streets wherein you can't downgrade once installed. One way to fix the BSOD (or dxgmms2 issues) is to update the graphics drivers to support DirectX 12.
