Windows 10: Windows 10 doesn't boot properly

Hi everyone, I recently installed linux alongside windows 10, everything was working fine for about a week i.e. I could boot into linux or windows, then windows stopped booting properly - when I boot into windows I log in, then the desktop loads and an error message pops up saying C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\dhcpcsvc6.DLL is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error... etc. I cannot open the start menu, there is no internet connection but I can open some programs that are on desktop like opera (even though there is no internet) but other programs will not open like google chrome. I have tried several things, these include starting the command prompt at start up using a bootable usb windows 10 and typing:



sfc /scannow - the scan completes but detects nothing wrong.



BOOTREC/FIXMBR - completes but does not fix anything.



BOOTREC/FIXBOOT - I get "access denied"



I have also tried restoring windows to previous point and restoring to an earlier version, I get an error message with both of these.



any help would be greatly appreciated !

Windows 10 Doesn't Boot

Provided both OSes main partitions are still there, it's always possible to recreate the windows bootloader and the grub bootloader, one after the other.

If it's a matter of recreating your windows bootloader from scratch, here's how to do it.

From your Windows DVD / usb key, drop into console and follow those instructions:

You should be good to go, Windows 10 should boot properly.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

 

Double Tap doesn`t work on Lumia 620

Hello,

Double Tap to wake doesn`t work at my Lumia 620. I have all on in settings but still doesn`t work. I`m pretty sure that in update AMBER or BLACK this function works properly. But after DENIM update doesn`t. Maybe you are planning some update for this future
?
