Windows 10: Windows 10 doesn't connect to 5GHz wifi after ip change

Hello! Yesterday I changed my internet plan and with that I got an internet speed upgrade. I had some issues getting the router up and running but after a couple of resets I finally have everything working. Everything except from my Windows 10 PC.I can connect to my 2.4 GHz network with no issue, but the 5GHz one is not working. They have the same password and everything, but when I try to connect to the 5GHz one it says "could not connect to this network". I have reset every setting I could find for my wifi adapter and my 5GHz network but I still can't connect, it seems like my 5GHz network i

do you have file/print sharing turned on for the 5ghz network? set to private and not public?
