Windows 10: Windows 10 doesn't fit on my TV screen

Hi, i recently got a mini pc, dell optiplex, that i'd like to use it on my TV. The problem is that dispaly it's oversized so i can't see the entire bar at the bottom and the sides. I have checked on disply settings and i have tried all the resolutuons available but nothing fit my TV. Is it the problem of the TV? I tried to change the setting on the TV itself but there is not a setting to change the resolutions. Thanks in advance to anyone how can help me.Cheers,Ivan

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

This is a function of the TV.

On mine, there is a setting to set display in PC mode which removes overscan, and fits screen perfectly. TVs vary - some do it, some don't.
