Windows 10: Windows 10 Doesn't Hibernate as Scheduled

Hello, I'm having trouble with hibernation in Windows 10 Pro 1903.


I have the default power plan adjusted so that the system sleeps after 15 minutes and hibernates after 20 minutes.


For some reason, the system is intermittently failing to go into hibernation after sleep. It seems unpredictable. Sometimes it will successfully transition to hibernation 5 minutes after sleep, and sometimes it will not.


I've already run basic things like SFC and the Power troubleshooter. What do you suggest?


Here are the events preceding the last failure to go into hibernation after the machine went into sleep when I closed the lid and unplugged the machine:

1. (2:14:14 AM) The driver \Driver\WSDScan for device SWD\DAFWSDProvider\urn:uuid:e3248000-80ce-11db-8000-30055ce7763e/uri:e3248000-80ce-11db-8000-30055ce7763e/ScannerService stopped the power transition.
2. (2:14:14 AM) The driver \Driver\WSDScan for device SWD\DAFWSDProvider\urn:uuid:1c852a4d-b800-1f08-abcd-28924a069df2/http://1c852a4d-b800-1f08-abcd-28924a069df2/ScanService stopped the power transition.
3. (2:14:14 AM) The system is entering sleep. Sleep Reason: Button or Lid
4. (2:14:14 AM) Power source change.
5. (2:14:16 AM) The system has resumed from sleep.

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????

I suggest you to follow the methods provided below and check if it helps.

I suggest you to run the Power troubleshooter by following the steps below and check if for any power components change status.

• Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type troubleshooting and select the top most search result.
• Click on View All from the left side panel of the window.
• Select Power from the options, click on Advanced option and check Apply repairs automatically option.
• Follow the on screen instructions and wait for the troubleshooting to complete.
• Check for the missing/corrupted power component status of the troubleshooter, close the window and check if the issue is resolved.
