Windows 10: Windows 10 Doesn't Output to External Capture Card

So I have been trying to get this working for almost a week now to no avail. I have 2 PCs, one Windows 10 (side PC) and one that is Pop!_OS Linux (main PC).

I'm trying to record the side PC to the main PC, but Windows refuses to output anything to my USB capture card. I instead tried capturing a Nintendo Switch, PS4 Pro, and my Linux laptop with that same capture card and all of them worked. Windows will take the input from the capture card just fine, as will my Linux PC. Its ONLY when I try to record Windows with it that it suddenly has no signal.

So why won't Windows?? This is driving me insane as every step of troubleshooting points to Windows being the problem, so what the hell is wrong with it?

And just to cover my bases, yes I have Parsec. No I can't use it as it suddenly stopped having a stable connection. NDI is having the same issue as well so I'm just sick of anything network related as they are clearly not worth the effort if they can't last longer than 2 or 3 weeks.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Having issues with the new update and capture card

To understand the issue better, I would like to know do ‘’when you say update’’ do you refer to November update (Windows 10 Version 1511)?

Let’s try simple troubleshooting steps and check if this helps in resolving the issue. I recommend you to uninstall/reinstall the capture card driver and check. Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device manager.
  
• 
  Locate for the device (Capture card) and click on it to expand.
  
• 
  Right click on the device and click on
  uninstall.
  

Go to the capture card manufacturer website, download and install the latest capture card driver.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
