Windows 10: windows 10 doesn't recognise usb-connection with zoom 2qn 4k

When i connect my Zoom 2qn 4k handy video recorder in card reading modus with my window 10 laptop by usb-cable, windows doesn't recognise this device. So it doesn't pop up. I tried serveral usb-cables who work fine with other devices,i tried 3 different laptops with windows 10 in combination with different cablesde usb-connection has an update driver, windows is update. no problems in connection with other devices followed instructions from Zoom on optimalising windows 10 for this device. the usb-cable works fine with the 2qn device as a power supply in stead of using batteries.any sug

Lumia 620 doesn`t connect to computer via usb cable

Hi yall and thanks for the replies!



Unfortunately, the were of no help.



The phone isn`t listed in device manager, the list of devices doesn`t change if I have my phone connected to my computer(s). There are no mystery devices, no yellow triangle -markings or anything even remotely pointing to the direction the phone being connected.

It could be that my phone has a broken usb port, but it makes me wonder that it still charges the battery when connected to a computer.



This is not a big problem for me, that I must admit, but still, it kinda bugs me that the phone doesn`t work the way it`s supposed to work,



Anyways, if somebody comes up with something that might help, I am most grateful.

edit: Also, I have my laptop almost always connected to charger. Tried without charger just for the heck of it, didn`t help.

 

Zoom Q8 USB connection problem

I have a Zoom Q8 recording device which I use to record our band rehearsals. After recording I plug it into my windows 10 computer using a USB cable and copy the files to my computer so that I can edit and share them. A week ago this worked fine but when
I have tried today the computer won't recognise the device as a USB drive but it will still supply power to it through the connection. I've tried plugging into different USB ports on the same computer and that doesn't work. The USB ports work with other USB
drives and with another digital camera. The Zoom Q8 is accessible just as before if I plug it into a Windows 8.1 laptop so I guess that means there isn't a problem with the cable or the device. Can anyone could suggest a reason why Windows 10 has started
boycotting this device and can suggest a possible fix ?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
