    Windows 10 doesn’t recognise WD Passport USB drive


    Hi there,


    I’m having trouble getting my WD Passport drive up and running on Windows 10. The Apps seem to have installed okay but I can’t access the hard drive through the USB drive. I read online that WD Passport is incompatible with the latest versions of Windows 10. I followed some online instructions to try and make it compatible but it didnt work. I’m a complete amateur with computers so I probably missed sonething very obvious. Can anyone advise where I’m going wring with this please?
