Windows 10: Windows 10 doesn't recognize Realtek ethernet controller

Just built a new PC. After freshly installing Windows 10, my PC doesn't recognize the ethernet controller at all. The ethernet port doesn't light up in bios nor in windows. Ethernet controller doesn't show up in device manager, also not under hidden devices or other devices.

When trying to install Realtek drivers, it displays an error: The Realtek Network Controller was not found. If Deep Sleep Mode enabled Please Plug the Cable.

Specs:

Ryzen 5 2600X

MSI GTX 970

MSI B450M-A PRO MAX

G.Skill Ripsaws V 16GB DDR4 3200Mhz

I have already tried Bios reset and turning off and on Lan controller in bios settings.

Everything else works like a charm, except for the ethernet. Which is what I find weird about this.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Windows 10 doesn t recognize ethernet cable

I've recently upgraded from win7 to win10, and it says cable is unplugged or broken now, but it was working perfectly fine right before the update. Tried resetting the network settings, and updating the driver automatically with windows by using USB tethering
to the last version, still not working. Used half and full duplex settings. The cable just won t be recognized

The driver is Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (2) I218-V

The Ultimate Realtek HD Audio Driver Mod for Windows 10

I had the realtek error when using the installer, so I did these step and It Worked

1.Go Open up device manager
2. Go under sound,video, and game controllers
3. Find Realtek High Definition Audio
4. Right click and hit update driver
5. Browse my computer for driver software
6. Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
7. Click Have Disk and hit browse
8. Click on the Realtek HD Audio mod folder and look for win64
9. Click on the HDXRT4 and click ok,
10. Click Next and Yes
After it is done, restart the PC

You should be good then and also make sure before doing these steps that you have driver enforcement disabled.
