    Windows 10 Downgrade to Windows 8.1


    Hi, My Laptop hasn't been able to stay connected to the internet for more that 10 minutes straight since I upgraded to windows 10. I decided to go back to Windows 8.1, but I can't use the Recovery option from the settings menu because the "Go back to Windows 8.1" option does not appear. Is there a way of doing so without the Recovery tool?

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
