Windows 10: Windows 10 Download Errors - Two 0x800703e6 Errors

Hello,I have just got my hands on a desktop PC that hasn't been used much in 3 years, It has some performance issues and I'm having a lot of trouble installing a couple of windows updates which I hope will improve the performance.In Windows Update, I am getting two Error 0x800703e6 for the following two updates:Feature update to Windows 10, version 22H2 - Error 0x800703e62021-09 Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems KB4023057 - Error 0x800703e6My current Windows Specifications are:Windows 10 Home190320/10/1918362.535So far I have tried using the Media Creation tool and

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)
