Windows 10: Windows 10 downloaded and installed all updates except KB5017308 its stuck at 21% installing

Hello all I checked for the monthly updates on windows 10 and 1 KB is stuck for hours at 21% installing. all the other updates are already inside view update history. I have learned my lesson some time ago when another update got stuck i turned laptop off and back on then it would not do anything. so i figured out how to call microsoft and had to reinstall windows 10 and that took all day. so how do i get it unstuck and finish so it will say restart required to finish updating it? oh and on task manager the disk is at 100% like it always is when trying to download and install each months updat

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
