    Hi,


    On my Windows 10 machine under File Explorer I can no longer drag and drop a file into a pre-created zip file. Usually I can just drag a file and over a zip file just drop it, but it wont even highlight the zip file.


    Any ideas why?

    Combining 1000s of PDF files with drag and drop

    OK I need to know how many files I have. The problem is that there is more than one file per PDF.

    Is there a was to combine all of them into one PDF drag and drop stile by the 100s?

    .zip can't be set to File Explorer

    Hello Kathleen,

    I understand your concern, and we in Community will try to help you in the best possible way we can.

    I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.


    • Type Default programs
      in the search bar and press enter

    • Click on choose default programs by file type

    • Select .zip
      and select File Explorer
    Also you can visit the below link Zip and unzip files.
    (Steps applies to Windows 10).

    when dragging files in win 10 the icon is so big that u can not see where u r dragging to.
    Is there a way to turn this feature off ?


    IN THE SCREEN CAPTURE WHEN I DRAG A FILE THIS ICON GOES WITH THE DRAGGING FILE AND MAKE IT HARD TO SEE WHERE YOU ARE DROPPING IT. CAN IT BE CHANGED TO HIDDEN OR SOMETHING>?
