Windows 10 driver update has deleted windows from my computer, or so it seems

It was around 9:30 PM EST when I was trying to play some rainbow with friends. Game wouldn’t launch, googled for answers, and it led me to scan my pc for updates. About 10 optional updates showed up, I updated them, and now my pc is stuck in a permanent blue screen saying that it needs to be repaired. It has no disc slot, so I can’t use the media it came with. What the hell do I do

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

How to stop Windows 10 from automatically installing new and updated drivers constantly (particularly for GPU users with stable drivers)

    • Right click "My Computer"
    • Click "Properties"
    • Click on "Hardware" tab
    • Click "Device Installation Settings"
    • Tick the "No, let me choose what to do"
    • Tick "Never install driver software from Windows Update"

Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

That doesn't stop windows update from grabbing them on next run, at least it didn't back in the RTM days. It simply stops a secondary process from installing them immediately.
