Windows 10: windows 10 drivers

how are ya?

I have a debate with my little Brother about installing drivers in windows 10

I claim is better let windows 10 update get all the drivers in order to avoid incompatibility between windows 10 and the drivers

my Brother claim is better download all the latest drivers like video card,sound card,internet connection driver from the manufacturers

who is right? and why?

Hey Dj Urko, I am trying to install the realtek driver and I get the error 0x0001. I have disabled secure boot and Driver signature. I have the latest win 10 build. What am I doing wrong? Can u post the complete list of steps that I have to take? I have an asus z170 with alc1150.
