Windows 10: Windows 10 dynamic to basic disk

My windows 10 diskI have only 1 disk has been converted to dynamic. Now i want to convert it back to basic so that i can dual boot it with windows 11. I have searched on internet about this, everything is about paid softwares and using cmd as administrator while using my cmd as administrator it doesn't allow to delete disk as it is the only disk on my pc and has c drive which contains the windows files. How do i convert it to basic? I reinstalled windows 10 to change it basic but nothing worked for me. Do you think installing windows again through bootable media will help to change it basic

Convert Basic Disk into Dynamic Disk

im out of space on my Driver C (disk 0) which is a dynamic Disk i want to be able to extend the volume by shrinking some space from the disk 1 (basic disk) but the problem is that i am not able to convert disk 1 into a dynamic disk (even though there is
53.4% of free space in it).

ive tried several methods i found online but non of them works

i own a MSI laptop operated by Windows 10
